The current crop of mindless "journalists" who claim to revere Murrow's memory would be unable to recognize him, were he alive today.

I also believe that if he were alive today, possessing the same traits for which he's remembered, he'd disavow any kinship with those Progressive ninnies who mouth meaningless platitudes on what passes for news, these days.

I'll take it one step further. If he were alive and a journalist today, I'm not sure he would even win the respect of his peers.
