I could feel my legs burning. I could barely keep my breath at a steady cadence. My arm and chest muscles were at their limit. I didn’t think I could make it another step.
But I forced myself to push off.
It was hard work, but I finally got off the couch and dragged myself to the elliptical.
Now, I just have to work out.

Congratulations. When you make it to the eliptical, let me know how it gets turned on and I might decide to join you.
(Interesting aside: the verificatio word is 'grades'... please don't make the eliptical turn too fast.)
:-D
I've worked out 3 times this week on the elliptical...man I love/hate that machine.
I know I really need to exercise to help my asthma, but it isn't any fun.
I was amazed at how much that machine kicked my butt. I thought it would be easier than the treadmill, but it's a different animal altogether.
