Did I Miss Something?
I had to run out to the store because we were out of bread. As I walked to the bread aisle, I passed an aisle full of nothing but ... halloween merchandise!?
Doesn't Thanksgiving come after Halloween? (September, October, November, December, right)
I know what you are saying though. We haven't even ended summer yet and already the stores are putting out Halloween stuff. Read one report that a major chain (sears?) was starting Christmas merchandise going.
